North County Library

The North County Library serves the northern communities of Indian River County including Sebastian, Roseland, and Wabasso. It provides full library services, public computers, study rooms, children’s programs, community classes, and a welcoming environment for families and students.
Indian River County also operates a Brackett Library located on the Mueller Campus of Indian River State College in Vero Beach. While primarily serving students, it is also open to the public through cooperative agreements, offering access to research tools, study areas, and academic resources.
